The RECARO Pro Racer is designed for all motorsport applications in accordance with FIA 8855-1999 regulations. It was specifically developed to accommodate HANS systems and is offered in four different variants. These variants vary in shell material, including carbon aramid (CFRP/AFRP) or glass-fiber-reinforced plastic (GRP), and in size. The optional XL version provides a wider fit, ensuring that the Pro Racer seat always fits snugly like a second skin. Additionally, the FIA-homologated flexible adapter allows for longitudinal adjustment, offering further customization options for drivers of different sizes.
