Shipping Policy

Shipping and Availability

(1) All orders are shipped from Germany. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days internationally (including the U.S.) after dispatch.

(2) If an item is not in stock, it will be ordered from the manufacturer after your purchase. In such cases, preparation and shipping may take up to 8 weeks. For certain products or supplier-related delays, waiting times may be longer.

(3) After the order is placed, we will contact the buyer to confirm the expected delivery time and discuss possible alternatives if necessary.

(4) If the manufacturer is unable to supply the item, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
